Refund policy

Every letter from The Quiet Touch is made in small numbers and sealed by hand, so we don't accept returns or give refunds once a letter has been sent.

If your letter doesn't arrive

Letters travel by standard post, without tracking, and some journeys take longer than others. If your letter hasn't arrived one month after its dispatch date, write to thequiettouchart@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you a replacement, free of charge.

Your legal right to withdraw (EU and UK customers)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law gives you 14 days from receiving your first letter to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. To do so, email us within those 14 days and post the letter back to us; return postage is at your cost. We'll refund the amount you paid within 14 days of receiving it back.
