Shipping policy

Every letter is sent from our studio in France by standard post (La Poste), without tracking. It arrives in your letterbox in our burgundy envelope, like any other letter.

When letters leave the studio

Each month's letter is posted during the last week of the month. Orders placed after a letter's order cutoff begin with the following month's letter.

Postage

Standard postage is included in the subscription price.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on where you live and on local postal services. As a guide, letters within the European Union usually arrive 2 to 3 working days after posting. Outside the European Union, delivery can take from several days to a few weeks. For current estimates to your country, see laposte.fr.

If your letter doesn't arrive

Because letters are untracked, we can't follow them once they leave us. If yours hasn't arrived one month after its dispatch date, email thequiettouchart@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement.

Customs

Letters sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs formalities in the destination country.

Your address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't replace letters sent to an incorrect address. To update your address for future letters, just email us.
