Cancellation policy

How your subscription works

Your subscription renews automatically each month, at the price and on the billing schedule shown at checkout. Each renewal brings you one letter.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time before your next renewal, from your customer account or by emailing thequiettouchart@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; any letter you've already paid for will still be sent. There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

Founding members

Founding members keep their founding price for as long as their subscription stays active. If you cancel and later rejoin, the current price applies.

Price changes

If our price changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your subscription. Founding prices are not affected.

Gift letters

Gift a Letter is prepaid for 1, 3 or 6 letters and never renews.
