1. Who we are

The Quiet Touch is an independent art studio based in France. These terms apply to every purchase made on thequiettouch.store.

2. For adults only

The Quiet Touch sends original art and fiction with adult, sensual themes. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

3. Orders and payment

Prices and any postage are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you order. Subscriptions renew as described in our Subscription Policy.

4. What you receive

Each letter contains the items described on our website at the time of your order. The keepsake changes from month to month, and photos on the website are illustrations.

5. Delivery, refunds and cancellation

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, refunds by our Refund Policy, and subscription cancellation by our Subscription Policy.

6. Artwork and stories

All artwork, stories and designs are © The Quiet Touch. Your letter is yours to keep, display and enjoy, but you may not copy, reproduce, sell or publish the artwork or stories without our written permission. Sharing photos of your letter on social media is welcome.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the law of the country where you live.
